I AM ALREADY ENROLLED. DO I NEED TO ENROLL AGAIN FOR THE NEXT SEASON?
No. If currently enrolled, your enrollment continues automatically to the next season unless you have submitted an ENROLLMENT CHANGE REQUEST FORM.
DO I NEED TO RESERVE MY SPOT?
Yes, if you are already enrolled and plan to be in any group program next season. Lessons-only students do not need to reserve their spot.
To reserve, review the programs, note student age range, day of week and time. Click on the RESERVE YOUR SPOT link and complete the questionnaire for selected program.
NOTE: Reservations are for currently enrolled students only. If you are not currently enrolled, give us a call at (479) 250-9600 to get started.
HOW DO I TAKE TIME OFF DURING THE SUMMER?
Consistent music lessons lead to greater proficiency, less relearning and rebuilding of muscle memory. Don’t walk away from your investment! School of Rock provides flexibility to take time off and still be part of our summer programs. Check out these options:
One Week Vacation - We’ll provide a make-up lesson for the week you miss. Just let us know when you will be gone.
Two Consecutive Weeks Vacation - Let us know before the first day of your vacation month and we will prorate your billing that month. No make-up lessons.
More than Two Consecutive Weeks - Sign up for Lessons-Only. We will honor make-up lessons. Or sign up for a Music Camp!
HOW DO I REQUEST A MAKEUP LESSON?
A make-up lesson is available, provided you inform us 24 HOURS OR MORE prior to your scheduled lesson. You must send an email to fayetteville@schoolofrock.com or call the school. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows cannot be made up, even for illness or emergencies.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW FROM THE SCHOOL?
A 30-day minimum notice is required. You must submit an ENROLLMENT CHANGE REQUEST FORM with the date you plan to withdraw.We will set that day as your withdrawal date. You will be billed 30 days from the date that you gave us a withdrawal notice, or until the date of last attendance, whichever is later.
WHICH DAYS IS THE SCHOOL CLOSED?
The school is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, the day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas week. We are open during Spring break.
